Dawn Van Hoek (SADO), testimony before US House Judiciary Committee 2009

In March 2009, the US House Judiciary Committee's Subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism, and Homeland Security held hearings to investigate the failure of a state to uphold the right to counsel for those accused of a crime, a right promised by the Sixth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. This is Dawn Van Hoek's testimony from that hearing.
